1. Data Collection and Usage

At FinancialAha, our goal is to collect as little user information as possible to ensure a private user experience when using our Services. With FinancialAha, you even have the option to use FinancialAha anonymously without giving us your personal data such as name, email, or card details.

When using FinancialAha you can opt to handle your financial data storage yourself, and none of it will ever reach FinancialAha’s servers. When storing your financial data with FinancialAha, your financial data is encrypted before leaving your device and we do not have the technical ability to decrypt and read it.

Data collection is limited to the following:

Information automatically collected; When you access the Website, we may collect information such as your IP address, and other device identifiers that are automatically assigned to your device, browser type and language, geo-location information, hardware type, operating system, internet service provider and other information about actions taken through the use of the Services and Website. We do not collect information regarding your investment portfolio, account balances, future financial goals, or other financial data that you enter while using the Services. For users who choose to store their financial data with FinancialAha, this data is encrypted, and securely stored using Google Firebase. Not even FinancialAha has the technical ability to decrypt this data without you intentionally providing us your private key.

  1. To develop the Website; To analyze your use of our Website and to improve service functionality and user experience.
  2. To provide you with the Services; We use the personal information that you voluntarily provide us, including, without limitation, for the following purposes:

  4. Google Tag Manager - provides FinanacialAha a way to manage and deploy analytics tags without having to modify the code directly;

  6. Paddle - provides services in relation with the processing of payment data.
